Check-up on the results and serviceability of the backups periodically.

E. Anti-virus methods

Install anti-virus software both for the servers and on the client-end, periodically update the software and scan the PC/server.

Download and install the program package update for the operation systems from software vendors’ official websites.

Cut the computer network immediately upon discovering a viral/malware infection.

Filter the email system in order to prevent the rapid spread of malware and spam.
