Salary：JFsys provides every employee of different position with a salary higher than the average industry salary and makes sure each one has certain annual increase rate.

Annual Leave Days: All the employees who have worked for JFsys for over one year will have at least 10 days annual leave. And the number of one’s annual leave increases according to the length of the employees’ working years in JFsys.

Commercial Medical Insurance：Besides “Five Insurances and One Fund” stipulated by labor law, JFsys also provides every JFsys employee with an extra Commercial Medical Insurance.

Annual Training Fund：1000RMB’s training fund is provided every year to every employee that has served in JFsys for more than one year.
