Psychologist Mr. Zhang Kan gave a training course on“Leadership and Interpersonal Communication Psychology"

On May 21, Mr. Zhang Kan, researcher from Psychology Institute of China Academy of Science, director of Psychology Association of China, psychology expert, gave an interesting and special training course on “Leadership and Interpersonal Communication Psychology?

The whole course includes the following sections:

1) The origin of psychology

2) The relationship between human and information

3) Types of leaders

4) Supposition of human nature and management strategy

5) Ways of changing others?attitudes

6) Communication Skills

All JFsys department managers, project managers and part of other staff attended the training course. This training has much benefited the staff’s understanding on psychology, and well strengthened their communication skill and management ability.
