Jfsys identified as First batch of National-level High-tech Enterprises

Recently Jfsys has been approved by national hi-tech enterprise management group jointly organized by Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance and National Taxation Bureau, and has been awarded as National-level High-tech Enterprise, becoming one of the First batch of National -level High-tech Enterprises identified according to the new identification and management methods issued in 2008.

From the new methods, all hi-tech enterprises need to be re-assessed and re-identified. Except for the newly identified hi-tech enterprises according to the new methods, all other hi-tech enterprises, be them national-level, provincial-level, or municipal-level, are not hi-tech enterprises any longer.

There’re many new standards in the new methods. Meanwhile, R&D investment strength, R&D activities, and own IP, especially key patent technique are the key standards in assessing enterprises. Besides, many aspects have been more scientifically and reasonably adjusted in the new methods, including R&D investment rate, limitation on key support high-tech fields, quantification of enterprise R&D and creativity, limitation on enterprises?geographical area, and identification management system etc.

Been identified as National-level High-tech Enterprise indicates JFsys?strong force in terms of R&D, own IP, commercialization of research findings and team management. It also stands for the recognition on JFsys outstanding software R&D capabilities and service by governments and social classes.
